Referral Thank You Program

Port and Passport Referral Thank You Program Details Refer someone new to Port and Passport. After they travel, you and the new traveler each receive $50. How it works: The new traveler names you in their first email or on their Port and Passport traveler profile form. Once their trip is complete, I send $50 to each of you by Venmo, PayPal, digital gift card, or a donation to the charity of your choice. Who can refer: anyone, whether or not you have traveled with me, with no limit on how many people you refer over time. Bonuses on any single trip or sailing are capped at $500. Who counts as new: someone who has never booked or traveled with me and has never been listed as a traveler on one of my bookings. The $50 is a one-time bonus on that first trip. Everyone who travels on it becomes a client and cannot be referred again, though they can refer others. What qualifies: A booking of $5,000 or more through me. Cruise fare, land packages, tours, transfers and planning fees count toward that total. The $5,000 is measured on the fare and services themselves. Taxes, port charges, government fees, airfare and travel insurance are excluded. So a $5,400 invoice that includes $600 in taxes and port fees counts as $4,800 and does not qualify. The total is calculated per booking once travel is complete. Limits: No referring yourself, no referring someone who refers you in return, no referring your household or immediate family for a separate trip. Not eligible: bookings under $5,000, airfare-only or insurance-only bookings, and bookings that began with another advisor. A maximum of $500 in referral bonuses per referrer on any single trip or sailing. Paid after travel. If the trip is cancelled, no bonus. If part of it is cancelled or refunded, I determine the qualifying total. Does not combine with other Port and Passport promotions; if two apply, the traveler chooses one. Supplier offers, Virtuoso amenities and agency benefits are unaffected. Dates: Effective September 14, 2026. The program began November 23, 2025; anything booked or deposited before that date is not eligible. I may change or end the program at any time, and anyone already referred keeps the terms in place when they were referred. All bonuses are at Port and Passport's discretion and my decision is final.
