Referral Thank You Program

PROGRAM DETAILS Qualifying Bookings: - Must be $5,000+ in combined cruise fare and/or land package (airfare does not count toward this total). Tours, travel insurance, transfers, planning fees do all apply towards this total as long as they are booked by Amy. - Must be booked through Port and Passport with Amy as advisor - Referrer must be identified upfront by the lead traveler referred - within initial discussions or on the Port and Passport traveler form - Thank-you awards issued after referred booking is completed and all payments have been processed Who Can Participate: Existing Clients (defined as anyone who has applied funds to a trip booked by Amy, including a deposit, OR anyone listed as a traveler on a booking with applied funds with Amy as advisor): - Can refer unlimited new travelers - Existing clients earn $50 when the referred booking is completed - The referred booking is awarded $50, paid to the primary traveler - Cannot self-refer for your own future bookings - Referral awards apply only to the first trip of the referred booking's travelers New Clients (those who have not applied payments to a trip with Amy or been listed as a traveler on a booking with applied funds with Amy as advisor): - Can refer someone and earn $50 when their referral completes a first qualifying booking - When booking your own first trip with Amy, you can self-refer and earn both the $50 referrer award AND the $50 new client award ($100 total), valid for your first trip only Award Payment: - Venmo, PayPal, digital gift card, or donation to charity - Issued after the referred booking is completed and all payments have been processed Referral Submission: - Referred traveler must identify their referrer by name within initial discussions or on the Port and Passport traveler form - One set of referral awards per booking: the referring person receives $50, and the referred booking is awarded $50, paid to the primary traveler. This applies only to the referred booking's first trip. Group Bookings: - A group booking is defined as any booking where group space is held, reservations are cross-referenced or linked on the booking system, or there is a shared primary contact working with Amy on behalf of multiple travelers. - Referred group bookings receive a single thank-you award to the group leader and the referring person. - Group bookings are evaluated individually. Referral awards may be offered based on booking size and profitability, up to a maximum of $500 total between the referring person and group leader, at Port and Passport's sole discretion. Non-Qualifying Situations: - Bookings under $5,000 (see Qualifying Bookings for what counts toward this total) - Airfare-only bookings - Existing clients cannot self-refer for their own future trips - Transferred bookings where Port and Passport is not the original advisor of record - Household members or immediate family members cannot refer each other for separate bookings - Any bookings that occurred prior to program launch on 11/23/2025 – be it travel completed or funds deposited. Program Terms: - No limit on the number of people you can refer, following the guidelines in this program - Subsequent bookings from the same person or others who were travelers on that first booking do not qualify - One referral award per booking, not per traveler (see Group Bookings section for group-specific terms) - Port and Passport reserves the right to modify or discontinue this program at any time. All referral awards are at the sole discretion of Port and Passport, whose decision is final.
